Single origin. Grown in Shimane Prefecture and stone milled in Matsue by Nakamura Chaho, a tea house founded in 1884. Made for koicha, the thick preparation.
Prepared as koicha it is thick and slow. It will also make a striking bowl of usucha.
How I drink it
Whisked first. Then real maple syrup or raw honey, whichever you prefer. Then poured over coconut water.

Store away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight. Keep sealed at room temperature once opened.
