We want you to be glad you ordered. If something is not right, write to us at info@depwah.com and we will make it right.
Food we bake
Viennoiserie and sablés are baked for your order and cannot be returned. If you are unable to collect your order, write to us at info@depwah.com before the pickup window closes and we will do everything we can.
Coffee, matcha, chocolate and limonade
Unopened and in its original packaging, returnable within fourteen days of delivery or pickup. Write to us first and we will send return instructions. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours.
Opened food cannot be returned, for reasons of food safety.
Cancelling an order
Pickup orders can be cancelled for a full refund until the Wednesday cutoff. After that the baking has begun. Shipped orders can be cancelled any time before they leave us.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five to ten business days of our approving them.
