These terms govern your use of depwah.com and any order you place with Depwah, operated by HJW Collective LLC. By placing an order you accept them.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation. If a product is listed at the wrong price or is unavailable, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and soy. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. Allergen information appears on each product page. If you have a food allergy, please read it before ordering, and write to us at info@depwah.com if you need more detail.
Pickup times and the order cutoff are set out in our Shipping policy and form part of these terms.
The Depwah name, logo, photography, recipes and written material on this site belong to Depwah and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
If you give us your email address we will write to you about Depwah and nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
Write to us first at info@depwah.com. Most things are settled in a single message.
If something cannot be settled that way, please send us written notice describing what happened and what you would like us to do, and give us thirty days to resolve it before beginning any proceeding. We will do the same before beginning one against you. Either of us may still bring a claim in small claims court at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, including for personal injury.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies.
