DEPWAH is one of those places.

Rooted in my Vietnamese heritage and shaped by a lifelong admiration for French culture, DEPWAH is my way of honoring both. It is a reflection of what I believe gives life its richness: beauty, craftsmanship, reverence for tradition, and the quiet joy of gathering around a table with the people we love.

I believe the most enduring beauty is born from unconditional love.

It lives in the hands that grow our food, the artisans who dedicate their lives to preserving their craft, the spaces created with care, and the moments shared around a table. It is something we feel before we can explain it. When something is created from that place, it carries a quiet resonance. It inspires. It stays with us.

From that belief, DEPWAH was born.

A sanctuary where time softens. Where conversations linger. Where beauty is woven into every detail with care. Where something within us quietly returns.

My greatest hope is that DEPWAH leaves people with more than a memorable meal. I hope it reminds them that beauty is not something we simply admire, but something we create, share, and leave behind for one another.
