History Fuels a Dream

I didn’t create DEPWAH to just serve food. I created it to hold people—like a memory, like a home, like a prayer answered through flavor.

I come from a lineage where food is language. Where the table is sacred, and meals carry stories that can’t always be spoken aloud. As a mother, I’ve learned how to nourish with presence. As a creative, I’ve learned how to build beauty from instinct. And as a visionary in hospitality, I’ve always believed that a dining space should shift something in you—not just fill you.
